Note: the event takes place predominantly outdoors and the temperatures can vary from 0 to -35 Celsius; we strongly recommend to check the forecast and dress up accordingly. Thermal clothing is included in the program. Those who wish to take thermal clothing, should pick them up by 18:00 from Safartica Office and return them the next day by 16:00. Winter clothing includes thermal overall, winter boots, woollen socks, woollen scarf and gloves.

Transfers are included in specific accommodations only. Those accommodating in the city center the meeting place is Safartica office in the city center (Koskikatu 9). Meeting time is always before the party starts, you will receive your meeting time and point upon confirmation. The busses leave as scheduled, so please be on time not to miss the party.
