- At least 2 people are required for this tour to take place on weekdays and Saturdays
- At least 4 people are required for this tour to take place on Sundays and public holidays
- Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by adults paying the full price
- Please be ready and waiting 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time
- Santa Claus Village pick-up is only available for the 10:50 and 12:20 departures.
- Product may be cancelled or rescheduled if the group size is smaller than 2 persons
- Product may be cancelled or rescheduled in case of extreme weather conditions. The temperature limit is -35°C. For small children, the limit is -25°C for safety reasons
