Dinner at Ice Restaurant and entrance ticket

In winter, starting on December 15th, you can visit the snow and ice hotel, which is carved unique and different every year, to admire the unique snow and ice art and the wonderful interiors. The temperature is between 0C and -5C degrees at all times (even when it is much colder outside!).

At the Ice Bar you don’t order a drink with ice, you order a drink in ice. A frozen icy glass gives the drinks a totally new dimension and the experience is beyond compare. During the evening it is also possible to walk around the hotel area on your own and warm up at Sky bar. The bar has also a second floor with glass roof where you can hopefully see the northern lights as well while being inside.

Ice Restaurant´s Menu :

Starter:

• Creamy parsnip soup, goat cheese creme and roasted sesame seeds

Main course options (please choose one):

• Mouth-watering roast elk, carrot purée, black pepper sauce and season’s vegetables
• Braised Arctic Ocean salmon, cauliflower purée, cray fish sauce and season’s vegetables
• Chicken breast seasoned with pepper, grilled tomato, lemon-red wine sauce and season’s vegetables
• Falafel patty, chickpea purée, vegetables and almond sauce (vegan)

Dessert

• Strawberry-chocolate bavarois, vanilla creme and strawberry muesli

Optional kids’ menu for Ice Restaurant Includes the same starter and dessert, but if you wish to change the main course, you can also choose pasta Bolognese.
