Here you can get away from the crowds and see what life really is like in genuine Lapland! We'll take you on a tour of our kennel and show you how our 80 Siberian huskies are cared for throughout their lives as valued members of our family. We'll explain how they are trained and how they work. We also have a fascinating story to tell you about their origins and how they are truely adapted to arctic conditions. You'll get to see the youngsters and the oldies, as well as the working dogs in action if there are tours running that day.

  • A guided tour of our kennel, including meeting all the dogs young and old, getting to know the daily life of our working Siberian huskies and learning about their fascinating history, as well as a chance to cuddle our three Finnish Lapponian dogs (our native breed)
  • Warm apple & berry cordial and cookies by the fire in our café after the tour
  • It may also be possible to see the dogs in action, if the tours are running
  • Transfers from/to Rovaniemi
  • Snowsuits & winter boots
  • Snacks: a selection of sandwiches, cakes, cookies, fruit and other sweets are available in our café
  • Lunch: a selection of soups and salads in our restaurant, which can be booked separately here: https://korvalankomea.com/
  • Other drinks such as teas, coffees, hot chocolate, mulled wine, etc. also available in our café
  • Warm clothing, suitable for the prevailing conditions!
