Reindeer herders in Lapland have traditionally spent the night outdoors during their reindeer husbandry work. In Porovaara you too can spend the night in an authentic reindeer herders' lean-to (laavu) in the middle of a reindeer pasture. An experience that combines the magnificent nature of Lapland with an ancient way of life close to it!

- The overnight stay takes place in the cold outside air. There is also a warm space near the laavu where you can sleep if necessary.
