- Please remember there must be a minimum of two people attending, one of which must be a full paying adult.
- Reindeer walk experience is not suitable for children aged under 10.
- 1 reindeer/2 adult. 2 reindeer/3 adults. 2 reindeer/4 adults or more. 1 reindeer/ 2 adult and 1 child. 1-2 reindeer/2 adults and 2 children.
- Being with animals is at your own risk.
- Read the booking and cancellation conditions carefully. For money returns and changes the bookings we charge service fee of 20€
- We will pick you up at the door if your activity is before 11.00. We will wait for you 10 minutes after your scheduled time. If you are late, your activity time will be shortened.
Santa’s Pets is located in the Santa Claus Village, 8 km from the Rovaniemi city centre.
