Aakenus apartments includes totally 13 apartments: We have different size and types of apartments, and most of them are fully renovated. Some apartments are located just behind our Hotel Aakenus main building and some different places around Rovaniemi city center. Aakenus apartments is part of family owned Hotel Aakenus. Apartments guests can use reception, restaurant and other services of Hotel Aakenus.
Apartment Kokki
In hotel area there are Vasa-apartments, Economy-apartments and apartment KOKKI. There is 5 apartments in building named as “Vasa”. These apartments are 30 m2 with bedroom, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. One apartment has also sauna. There are 2-3 beds in the bedroom and sofa bed in every kitchen. Our economy-apartments are located in building named as ”Peura”. There is one big apartment 45 m2 and two small studios with shared shower. In all economy apartments there is also kitchenette. In separate building there is apartment “Kokki”. This apartment is about 50 m2 with two bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. There are 2 beds in the bedroom and sofa bed in kitchen.
Apartment Kymppi
Four-bedroom apartment KYMPPI with sauna is located in peaceful area, 400 meters from our hotel and 800 meters from city center. This two floor house is 70m2 and it has its own big yard. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, toilet, sauna and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and toilet. Second floor is available if there is coming more than four people. There are two beds in every bedroom of this apartment and also one extra bed is available.
Apartment Koski
Three-bedroom apartment KOSKI is 80 square meters large apartment. It comprises of two bed rooms with twin beds, third bedroom with three beds, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Apartment has also its own parking place. Apartment is located 100 meters from city center and 250 meters from Hotel Aakenus, where is reception. Apartment KOSKI is spacious and comfortable apartment in city center of Rovaniemi, just few steps away from shopping centres and restaurants.
Apartment Santa
Three bedroom apartment SANTA with sauna is 110 square meters large house with three bedrooms, sauna+shower, two toilets and two living rooms – one with fireplace. There are two beds in two bedrooms and three beds in one bedroom. There is also one extra bed in fireplace room. There are two bedrooms on second floor and all other rooms are downstairs. Apartment SANTA is located peaceful area, only 500 meters from train station, 1,5 km from a hypermarket Prisma and 2 km from city center and from Hotel Aakenus, where is reception.
Apartment Valta
Studio apartment Valta is 28 square meters large apartment with two beds, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Apartment is located 1 kilometer from our hotel and 100 meters from city center.
All apartments have a TV, WiFi , bed clothes, towels and well-equipped kitchen.
