PICK UP TIME AND PLACE

You will be able to choose your pickup location when you make the booking. We only offer pickups from certain collective meeting points within the Rovaniemi area. Pickups begin approximately one hour before the starting time of the tour. Make sure this does not conflict with your schedule.

During pick up driver will look for you by your name in the reception area of the informed hotel.

Please inform us of your mobile phone number, in case we need to contact you on the day of the tour.

DISCLAIMER

Sleds travel with the absolute maximum of 4 persons and in case people would not fit, will be asked to share the sled with outside of your group if travelling in a small group or single.

INFANTS AND CHILDREN

Infants (0-3 years old) are not allowed on the Coffee tour. If you bring an infant on the tour, they will be refused participation. For safety reasons we recommend this tour only for children aged 7 years and older.
