Kotatieva Restaurant

Flavours of Lapland, warmth of the Arctic forest.

Our atmospheric log restaurant combines local ingredients, Lappish flavours and relaxed Kotatieva-style hospitality. Inspired by Lapland’s traditions and nature, we work with local producers and use ingredients such as reindeer, locally farmed rainbow trout, Lapland’s Puikula potatoes and wild forest berries.

Opening Hours

12:00–17:00 Lunch for Kotatieva Winter Leisure Park and accommodation guests. The menu includes soup, burgers and pizzas. A separate café is also open in the park area during Winter Leisure Park opening hours.

17:00–22:30 (Sunday until 21:30) À la carte dinner is open to everyone. Enjoy local flavours and a relaxed dinner by the fireplace in the heart of the forest.

Special diets are accommodated whenever possible. Table reservations are recommended.

Transportation from Rovaniemi city centre or Santa Claus Village can be arranged for an additional fee. The restaurant is also easily accessible by car or taxi, with free parking available at the resort.
