- Minimum age for the ride is 3 years. Children under 3 years old are allowed free of charge if seated on a parent’s lap and by simply watching the TV (without VR headsets).
- Passengers who suffer from motion sickness, vertigo, epilepsy or have a history of seizures is offered the option of experiencing the ride by simply watching the TV (without VR headsets), preferably sat in the front of the ride.
- Up to 6 visitors will be seated in the sleigh during the ride.
- No food or drinks on the ride.
- Remain seated for the duration of the ride.
- For the health and safety of all our riders, you should be in good health. Guests with high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, pregnancy, or other conditions that may be affected by this experience are advised not to participate. Participation is at your own risk.
