Please dress according to the weather, as part of the experience may take place outdoors.

For young children, we recommend bringing an extra pair of gloves or mittens in case they become wet.

• The total experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours, including private return transportation from Rovaniemi.
• Our private Santa location is approximately 40 minutes from Rovaniemi city centre. The experience at the location lasts approximately 1 hour.
• This experience is reserved exclusively for your family. No other guests will join your Santa visit.
• After booking, we will ask you to share some personal information about the children, such as their names, ages, hobbies, interests, achievements and Christmas wishes. This helps Santa create a truly personalized meeting.
• Please send the children’s information in advance so Santa and the elf have enough time to prepare.
• Please be ready at your agreed pickup point 5–10 minutes before departure. As each booking has a private time slot, delays may shorten the experience.
• Lapland temperatures can be very cold in winter. Please dress warmly and wear suitable winter footwear.
• The experience includes both indoor and outdoor moments, depending on weather conditions.
• Parents are welcome to take their own photos and videos during the experience.
• If you would like Santa to give the children a personal gift brought by you, this must be arranged with us in advance.
• Please inform us in advance of any allergies, dietary requirements, mobility needs or other special requests.
• The exact order of the experience may vary slightly depending on weather conditions and operational requirements, while maintaining the same overall experience.
• Availability is very limited, especially during December, as each time slot is reserved for one family only.

Group Size & Capacity

The standard private price includes up to 6 guests.

Additional guests can be added for an extra fee, with a maximum of 6 additional guests, giving a total maximum group size of 12 guests.

Please note that some parts of the experience have a maximum capacity of 6 guests at one time.

For groups larger than 6 guests, the family may therefore be divided into two smaller groups for certain parts of the experience.

For example, one group may enjoy the Gingerbread Atelier while the other group is meeting Santa or taking part in another part of the experience. The groups will then swap so that everyone can enjoy each part of the program.

The experience will still remain completely private for your family or group, with no other customers joining your booking.

The exact order may be adjusted depending on the final group size in order to ensure a comfortable, smooth and personalized experience for everyone

Pickup & No-Show Policy

Please be ready at your confirmed pickup point 5–10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

As this is a fully private experience with a reserved Santa time slot, our driver can wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

If guests have not arrived within 15 minutes and cannot be reached, the booking will be considered a no-show and the experience will be non-refundable.

If guests arrive late but within the waiting period, the experience may need to be shortened in order to respect the reserved Santa schedule and the following bookings.
