- Bookings close 10 hours before the scheduled starting time.
- The frozen waterfalls and ice formations develop naturally throughout the winter. Early in the season, especially in November, some waterfalls may still be in the process of freezing.
- Please inform us in advance about any food allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- If weather or safety conditions prevent us from operating the experience, we will offer an alternative date whenever possible. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
