- Please be ready at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time
- Hotel pickup and drop-off are available for accommodations within a 10 km radius of Rovaniemi city centre
- The tour operates in all normal winter weather conditions
- In extreme weather conditions, the safari route or duration may be adjusted for safety reasons
- The experience may be cancelled or rescheduled if the minimum number of participants is not reached
- Professional winter clothing is provided, but we recommend wearing warm thermal base layers
- Maximum two guests share one husky sled, taking turns driving during the safari
