Reindeer Journey is a real working reindeer farm, not a theme park or purpose-built tourist attraction. We have created a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests, including a traditional heated kota and eco toilets, while preserving the authentic atmosphere of our family farm and the surrounding wilderness.

Our experiences are based on genuine everyday life, free-ranging semi-wild reindeer, and the changing rhythm of Lapland's eight seasons. Here you'll meet real reindeer herders, visit the places where we live and work, and experience the Arctic as it truly is.

Respect for nature, our animals, and local culture is at the heart of everything we do. We minimise waste, recycle whenever possible, and choose environmentally friendly solutions throughout our operations. We also protect the forests around our farm through responsible management, including our own officially protected private nature reserve, helping to preserve this unique environment for future generations.

The reindeer farm is located about an hour’s drive from the Rovaniemi city centre.
