SoulShakeDown party – Joonas Hauveli & Mika Kangas

Schedule for the evening:

🎵 Shakedown kicks off at 7 PM with a DJ mix-up session to get the place alive and set the mood for the night.

▶️ At 8 PM, Joonas Hauveli takes over the outdoor terrace stage like it was his own front porch. The unplugged performance will feature Joonas’ own folk/blues-style originals, songs from the “Koira ja Kitara” album, along with never-before-heard new tunes.

▶️ Once we’ve settled into a powerfully warm soundscape and atmosphere of togetherness, the audience moves indoors, where at 9:30 PM local troubadour/beatmaker Mika Kangas joins forces with saxophonist Aleksi “Salexi” Syvänen. This performance promises a diverse range of instruments and captivating stories from the waves of life. In a delightfully genre-free style, the set blends reggae-pop, country, and folk influences, carrying listeners into a joyful summer mood and inviting everyone to simply enjoy the moment and be exactly where they are.

▶️ At 11 PM, we rise to new heights with Joonas’ roots reggae/dub setup, featuring brand-new material from his upcoming third album, due for release later this year, as well as standout songs from Hauveli’s beloved repertoire.

🎛️ The night wraps up with rhythmic and laid-back DJ jamming, as the artists spin some of their personal favorite tracks while we enjoy good company and refreshments together.

💶 The financial damage for attending this event is a modest €10 ticket, conveniently payable at the door.
