Restaurant Aihki – Modern Nordic Fine Dining in Pyhä, Finnish Lapland

Our seasonal tasting menus showcase the flavours of the North through carefully composed dishes that reflect the time of year. Guests can choose between a 6-course Signature Chef’s Menu or a 4-course Daily Chef’s Menu, both accompanied by optional wine pairings selected from our own curated wine cellar. Vegan and other special dietary menus are available with advance notice.

Restaurant Aihki has been recognised twice among Finland’s top restaurants by Kauppalehti Optio, reflecting our commitment to exceptional food, warm hospitality and authentic Nordic flavours.

In addition to the restaurant, guests can enjoy private dining experiences in our traditional lakeside Kota hut, where Lappish specialities are prepared over an open fire beside Lake Pyhäjärvi.

Restaurant Aihki welcomes both hotel guests and outside visitors with advance reservations. Walk-in guests are welcome to inquire about availability for the Daily Chef’s Menu.
