1. Organizer

The “Win a Dream Santa Claus Express Summer Holiday to Rovaniemi” Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is organized by Visit Rovaniemi (the “Organizer”), located at the Official Hometown of Santa Claus (Business ID: 1839934-7, Address: Koskikatu 12, 96200 Rovaniemi, FINLAND).

2. Eligibility

  • The Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of the Organizer, their immediate family members and anyone otherwise connected to the organization, or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to participate.
  • The Prize Draw is void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

  • The Prize Draw begins on 1.5.2026 and ends on 30.7.2026 (the “Entry Period”).
  • Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

  • The Prize Draw is promoted across multiple channels, including the Organizer’s own social media accounts, website, and selected influencer channels.
  • Participation is possible via any of the specified entry methods described in these Terms & Conditions.
  • Participants may enter the Prize Draw either by completing the entry form on the Organizer’s website or by commenting on designated campaign posts on social media channels.
  • All eligible entries received across all campaign channels will be combined into one single Prize Draw.
  • Only one (1) entry per person is permitted, regardless of the number of posts, platforms, or entry methods used. Any duplicate entries may be disqualified.
  • Entries submitted via social media (e.g. by commenting on campaign posts) are subject to the rules of the respective platform. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
  • Influencer partners promoting the Prize Draw act on behalf of the Organizer, and all entries received through their channels are subject to these same Terms & Conditions.

5. Prize

  • The prize consists of a two-day Dream Holiday for two (2) persons in Rovaniemi; including train tickets to Rovaniemi for two persons (1 cabin in the night train) from the main train stations in Finland, two (2) nights’ accommodation (1 double room), selected two (2) activities and one (1) dining experience from the featured suppliers within their opening hours and subject to availability.
  • The prize can be redeemed during summer / autumn 2026 (by September 30th, 2026).
  • The details of the prize will be confirmed with the winner.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
  • Two prizes will be drawn: one on June 30th and the other on July 31st.
  • The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the Prize Draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and the Organizer will be entitled to select another winner.

7. Publicity & Personal Data

  • By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to allow the Organizer to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of the Prize Draw and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Liability

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the Prize Draw.
  • The winner is responsible for any necessary travel documents, insurance, and additional expenses not explicitly covered by the prize.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by the Organizer’s negligence. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit the winner’s statutory rights.

9. General Terms

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw if necessary.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish law, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
