The cool new concept of Rakas restaurant à la carte, is designed by award-winning chef and artist Petteri Luoto. And the menu consists of three elements: surprising combinations of local produce and tastes from kitchens around the world, ecological thinking and environmental sustainability – and of course art.

• A full course dinner consists of 3 to 5 dishes and art experiences, and all the collage paintings are for sale.
• when a painting is sold, the artist has promised to paint a new painting and design yet another innovative dish.
