The Council Hall – 223 persons
The venue is suited for demanding meetings, e.g. EU ministerial meetings have been held here. The hall is equipped with a lectern, speaker’s podium, chairman’s table and secretary table.

The front part of the Council Hall seats 80 persons, at tables with microphones. The hindmost part is rising-floor and seats 143 persons at tables. The front row seats 22 persons with a folding writing pad.
Meeting rooms – 8-24 persons
There are 9 smaller meeting rooms, which can be used separately or as break-out rooms for a conference held in the Council Hall. The meeting rooms are named after the twin towns of Rovaniemi: Murmansk, Kiruna, Narvik, Fredrikshavn, Kassel, Veszprem, Neusterlitz and Olsztyn.
Foyer – 200 persons
The comfortable and peaceful foyer is suitable for coffee breaks, cocktail parties and receptions. Combined with the lower part of the foyer, the capacity reaches 400 persons.
Rovaniemi Town Hall has an in-house restaurant and latest technical equipment at your disposal. Catering and drinks are also possible from other providers.
