Meeting at Scandic Pohjanhovi - Rovaniemi Congresses

Known as a meeting place for all the North, Pohjanhovi is full of the genuine Lapland spirit – but is also a very international hotel. Guests come from around the world to experience the unique Lapland magic that the hotel and the surrounding fells offer.
Most of the well equipped meeting facilities have riverside views and the hotel’s large variety of restaurants caters for the wellbeing of your guests. The meeting rooms are suitable for 14-180 participants and each room is equipped with wireless internet access. It is possible to divide our congress hall into three separate rooms.

The meeting rooms 11 and 13 have a portable hearing loop that you can borrow if you or anyone in your group has a hearing aid. Pohjanhovi has a private sauna in true Lappish style and a sauna with a good sized swimming pool for sauna meetings.

Restaurants, bars and lounges

Restaurant Pohjanhovi is a à la carte restaurant with a great view to the Kemijoki river. The restaurant has also a separate bar. Restaurant Pohjanhovi seats 500 persons and can be enlarged with cabinets Ounas and Valkoinen peura. The kitchen serves Finnish Classics, Lappish specialties and laid-back European food.
Night Club offers some of the best nightlife in town. On Fridays and Saturdays live dance music. The capacity is 450 persons.
The spacious Lobby bar is open daily and seats 62 persons.
