Seasonal job for the upcoming winter season at Visit Rovaniemi Tourist Information Office

Rovaniemi Tourist Information is looking for multilingual and service-minded seasonal worker for an interesting and international working environment. Rovaniemi Tourist Information is visited annually by approximately 36,000 visitors, a significant number of whom are international visitors from all around the world.

We offer the opportunity to work with Rovaniemi’s diverse tourism offering. The main tasks of the Tourist Information Office are providing tourist information about the Rovaniemi region, multichannel customer service related to advisory work, activity sales and assisting in marketing communications.

Duration of work: Part-time job, also suitable for a student. Mainly from October to March, extension possible.

Working hours: According to the opening hours of the tourist information. Work shifts are agreed separately. Santa Claus is our friend and the winter season is busy, so we require the selected person to commit to working during busy Christmas time and New Year within the opening hours of the tourist information.

Language skills: fluency in English, other language skills are considered an advantage. Finnish language is a plus, but not necessary.
