Ranua Wildlife Park – Bright summer night’s meeting & winter evening meeting, duration 8 hours

The conference rooms at the Wildlife Park, equipped with up-to-date conferencing facilities, and decorated in line with the wild animal themes of the Park, are suitable for groups of many sizes. Right outside the windows, you see the trail entering into the Wildlife Park. The Wildlife Park offers program services and unique recreation all year round to spice up your meetings. The Holiday Village Gulo Gulo, all rooms equipped with modern conveniences, provides a convenient and highly satisfying accommodation right in the vicinity of the Wildlife Park.

Meals are offered at the Wild Arctic Restaurant, buffet-lunch and dinner daily. The Lappish hut, seating 50 persons, offers a more unique dining experience sitting around the fireplace in the centre; reservations must be made in advance. In addition to our service packages, we tailor a complete package to your liking.

This meeting package schedule favours evening hours. The meeting package includes coffee on arrival, a meal, evening coffee and a late evening snack. After the meeting, participants can join our highly professional guide on a tour through thenocturnal Wildlife Park bathed in the light of a bright northern summer night.

The atmosphere in the Wildlife Park in the evening is totally different from the daytime hours, because the Park is closed to other visitors: it will be just you, your team, our guide and the wild animals. Many animals are active in the evening and night, which ensures that the meeting participants will have an exciting tour in the Wildlife Park. Hot drinks are served in the Wildlife Park’s Lapp hut following the tour.

The atmosphere in the nocturnal Wildlife Park is completely different in the summer to the winter. In the summer, visitors can observe the wild animals in the bright summer night, whereas in the winter, visitors are given warm winter clothes and a headlamp before their excursion to the Wildlife Park. The visitors observe the animals with the help of their headlamps: the animals are clearly visible, regardless of the surrounding darkness. The darkness and lights create a magical atmosphere. The visitors can also join the guide in feeding the animals.
