Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna – Full and half day meeting packages

The meeting facilities of Tokka were revamped at the beginning of 2013, Tokka is a modern meeting room for up to 60 people, equipped with state-of-the-art conference technology. Tokka is located on the 3rd floor of the hotel.
Tokka is a freshly decorated and comfortable facility that includes a lobby where snacks can conveniently be served. The meeting room is equipped with modern, easy-to-use conference technology. Our meeting services include a wireless network connection without separate IDs, a data projector, and a wide range of other services available upon order.

Full day meeting package € 49 / person, incl:

-morning coffee/tea and salty pastry, lunch (buffet or served menu), afternoon coffee/tea and sweet pastry or fruits. Meeting room for maximum 9-10 hours.

Half day meeting package € 40.15 / person, incl:

-meeting room for 2-4 hours, lunch (buffet or served menu), 1 x coffee break (coffee/tea and sweet pastry or salty pastry or fruits).

These prices are valid on weekdays. For weekends and public holidays we make you a separate offer.
