The new Show Must Go On is a spectacular tribute show based on the music of Queen, featuring top vocalists, costumes faithful to the band’s style, and dazzling lights. The performance is also a tribute to one of the greatest rock icons of all time, the charismatic Freddie Mercury.
55 years ago, a band was formed that is perhaps the greatest of all time: The Queen! Soon, it will be 80 years since the birth of the greatest singer of all time, Freddie Mercury!
Now, more than ever, it’s time for a celebration tour to honor The Queen and Freddie! Starting in October 2025, the show is bigger and better than ever. The new Show Must Go On offers NEW elements! More intense drive, new visuals, a fresh script, and even more songs. This show will definitely leave no one cold!
Freddie Mercury will be portrayed by the incredible Mikael Saari, whose captivating Queen interpretations have been heard in shows such as Tähdet Tähdet singing competition. The general public also remembers Mikael from the UMK finals, where he has participated twice. Additionally, Mikael is a familiar face on the biggest theater stages in Finland, performing in lead roles in numerous musicals.
The show tells the story of Queen and alongside it, the hilarious journey of the Finnish band Bohemians on their quest for world domination. Bohemians beautifully interprets Queen’s music, but their adventures in London are full of mishaps and fun.
The show features a band that dives deep into Queen’s colorful sound world, giving their all and more!
