ADHD has been increasingly diagnosed in the 2020s. For many, it presents fear and challenges in everyday life. Especially for young people, it can cause significant problems in daily routines and school. Hyperactive behavior, difficulty concentrating, slow learning, dyslexia, and emotional outbursts. For many, these symptoms lessen over time, and in adulthood, they are often under control. However, ADHD doesn’t go away—it is managed, and one learns to live with it.

Fredi Lilius is a 52-year-old stand-up comedian from Tampere who has turned these four letters into a superpower. What does it look like in daily life, and how does it work in the role of a husband and father? How can someone with ADHD stay engaged in a job?
