Finnish and Morning Coffee at Ih Rovaniemi

Welcome to join our “Finnish and Morning Coffee” sessions!

The Kieliväylä työhön project (ESF+) and International House Rovaniemi offer you an easy opportunity to practice Finnish in a relaxed atmosphere.

🕘 Time: Mondays at 9–11

📍 Place: Valtakatu 16, 1st floor, Rovaniemi

Each session focuses on one Finnish grammar topic, such as verb types and cases.

We practice these themes in practical, work-related situations – for example through job interviews, customer service, or workplace communication.

Examples of topics:

• Describing work tasks (partitive case)
• Giving work instructions (imperative)
• The passive voice in teamwork and communication
• Verb types in job-seeking situations

The sessions are best suited for learners with beginner or basic Finnish skills (A1–B1) who want to develop their practical language skills for everyday life and working life.
