- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
- All guests will receive a short safety introduction before the start.
- Children under 4 years may join only with parental supervision, and parents must ensure they have warm winter clothing.
- Warm winter overalls are provided by Lapland Deluxe.
- Please wear warm winter shoes, gloves, hat, and thermal layers under the overall.
- Transfers from Rovaniemi are available at extra cost (approx. 1 hour each way).
- Please inform us in advance about any dietary restrictions or special needs.
