Lapland Bear watching Overnight Experience

You’ll be picked up at your accommodation or we’ll meet at our agency for the departure. We’ll drive about 3.5 hours to reach our location. Once we arrive at the activity location we will go inside a log cabin in the woods from where we’ll be able to watch the kings of the lappish forest ‘The bears’ . If you have a professional camera you’ll be able to make some amazing photos of the animals when the go play or fish by the river or when they are around. This is the northest bear-watching place in Finland where you can see the animals in their own, natural habitat. Northern situatiom means that we have light throughout the summer. The bear watching season starts 1st of May and continues until the end of September. Each summer we get mother bear with cubs visiting the ”Bear pond”, there is a small pond in the area where the bears like to bathe. There can be more than dozen different individuals visiting this pond during a night. Our guides will tell you about the visiting bears as well as other facts about Brown bears. You will get an experience that will make you feel as part of the Finnish nature!
