Sauna and ice swimming are a perfect example of long standing tradition for us Finns. They boost circulation, saunas flush body toxins and relaxes muscles such as ice swimming does too.  Sauna is a great stress reliever and it also improves cardiovascular performance among all the other benefits. Our full sauna experience is like being in a spa. But in a Lappish way!

Available to you are a Finnish traditional wooden sauna, a hot tub for six, a warm hut to enjoy local food, and an ice swimming spot. You also have the opportunity to see the Finnish arctic nature firsthand by snowshoeing on the other side of the lake close to an old bear’s nest. Turning short visit into a life-long memory.  Our main product is Sauna experience which includes Sauna, hot tub, ice swimming and a warm hut (including local food). Yet we also have daytime activities such as Snowshoeing and ice fishing. Ask also about the possibility of an overnight stay!

All of the services will be guided by a local professional.  All of our products and servings are made nature first and they are biodegradable.  we also like to share our knowledge of greencare to our customers. Therefore we can make this permanent!
