Our studios and one-bedroom apartments are fully furnished with an atmospheric style similar to all Apukka Resort accommodations. All apartments have a kitchenette & dining table, living area, and private bathroom with shower. Bigger One-Bedroom Apartments have a separate bedroom with a double bed and a convertible sofa bed in the living area. In Studios, the double bed and convertible armchair are all in the same room.

Apartments are located in the Rovaniemi city center, by Old Market Square Park, near river Kemijoki. There’s only a 5-minute walk to Lordi’s Square and shopping centers. All the restaurants, pubs, and shops are nearby, and the main attractions are within walking distance. Rovaniemi Airport is 8,5 km, Rovaniemi Railway Station is 1,7 km, and Santa Claus Village is 8,5 km from the apartments. To Apukka Resort, the distance is 18 km, but that’s easy to reach by Apukka Shuttle Bus, which leaves right in front of the apartment building.
