RovaniemiMenus bring out the best of the Finnish flavours and the top experience of the chefs. The raw materials are chosen to emphasize the seasons and locality. Rovaniemi Menu changes at least four times a year, and will be different in all restaurants, but the main ingredients are jointly defined by the chefs. The menu has been designed to promote Lappish cuisine for tourists as well as for local people and companies. You can enjoy RovaniemiMenu at Lapland Hotel Sky Ounasvaara, Clarion Hotel Santa Claus, Sokos Hotel Vaakuna, City Hotel , Restaurant Nili and Rantasipi Pohjanhovi.

RovaniemiMenu changes at least four times a year and it variates between restaurants though the main ingredients are planned in advance by local chefs. In November and December RovaniemiMenu includes whitefish, moose and cranberry, in January-April roe, reindeer and black crowberry. RovaniemiMenu is specially planned for domestic and international guests. It is a good way to introduce Lappish cuisine.
