It’s easy to come to Rovaniemi
Rovaniemi, the "capital" of Northern Finland, is in the lower regions of Lapland at the centre of where the Arctic Circle winds its way through the heart of the Maid of Finland (the name Finns give to describe the shape of the country).
Rovaniemi has developed into one of the main centres for traffic to the arctic region to which thousands of people who thirst for adventure fly from all over the world each year. The connections for all other forms of transport are excellent.
Finnair flies from Helsinki to Rovaniemi five-six times a day and Blue1 six times a week. VR, the national railway, operates five trains a day. Many coach companies pass through Rovaniemi on their way to the North.
